Good Luck Akshay with your apps.
I have a slight different perspective here. Firstly, I never see what the other side wants. I would love to write and present myself the way I am and th way I think. Secondly, If someone knows himself and his passion, there should be no point on second thought. Don't you feel so? And I don't feel so that it cold be changed in case a B-School is looking for something, something else. That's the reason we do research on schools that matches us.

Hey
you've shown good insight while analysing the essay for the application. I guess the only way to write an essay like that is to think critically about something that drives you passionately. What I found was that the question is about me, and what I want to do, and how that affects the world around me. Once I started writing, I could write any number of pages about things that relate to this topic. A simple critical read showed that most of it was just about examples and building a context and so on. That is not what the essay wants. They want to see and read what I have planned. And this part is something that can be written quite concisely.

Trying to do it. And obviously, the drive and passion have to be reflected. lets see. good luck and fingers crossed

cheers
Akshay
ps. keep writing. Its fun.
